Grant patiently and calmly walked us through the entire home-buying process. He was always knowledgeable and responsive to all of our needs and requests. Grant truly shined once we made an offer - a bunch of unexpected issues came up (of course), but Grant stayed on top of it. He negotiated with the sellers for repairs and scheduled contractors, roofers, etc. to take care of anything that needed attention.
