Grant Ginder, President / Founder
Grant Ginder is the president/ founder of the Ginder Group. Having spent most of his life living in Northwest Arkansas, Grant has watched the area grow and the Real Estate Market thrive. Grant has a true passion for Real Estate and has been an active investor for over 20 years. With a Master's certification in Data Analytics from the University of Arkansas, and a solid background in Marketing and fact-based selling with companies such as Walmart Corporate, Newell, and Yankee Candle, Grant prides himself on
helping his clients develop a customized strategy to help them meet their Real Estate goals.
In order to provide his clients with the best service, he started his team, the Ginder Group. The Ginder Group's mission is not only to guide clients through every step of the transaction, but to go "above and beyond"; to form long term relationships and gain “Clients for Life!”

We invest in various software such as Mojo, Mailchimp, KW Command, MLS, Showingtime, Supra, and AI to amplify our Marketing reach. In addition to our large email and social media campaigns, we also pay partners such as Facebook, Showingtime + (Zillow), and Homes.com to showcase your listing, to reach as many potential buyers as possible.
For buyers, we use detailed data analytics from RPR and the MLS to provide our clients with valuable insights and information to help them with their decisions. We also use Landglide, OnxHunt, MLS, and Data Co-op to help us narrow down your search and provide more information about the properties, areas, schools, points of interest, and neighbors.
