Residents can  enjoy a peaceful morning walk, attend a community gathering, or explore nearby Bentonville and Fayetteville.

Things to do

Bella Vista is mostly world renown for its mountain biking trails, where people come from all over to experience.  With over 100 miles of trails, there is fun to be had for all skill levels, from rookies to adrenaline junkies!  The Back 40, Smuggler’s Run, and Blowing Springs Loop are just a few.  The Bella Vista Trail System also includes plenty of multi-use (family friendly) trails as well for walking/hiking/biking, including Tanyard Creek, Lake Bella Vista Trail, and Branchwood.  

If you love the water, Bella Vista has 7 private lakes:  Lake Ann, Lake Avalon, Lake Brittany, Lake Norwood, Lake Rayburn, Lake Windsor, and Loch Lomond.  AirBnbs are very popular in this area if you’re looking to visit and stay on the waterfront.  

Bella Vista is also the biggest local golfing community with 7 private courses to choose from:  Bella Vista Country Club, Berksdale, Brittany, Dogwood Hills, Kingswood, HIghlands, and Scottsdale. Residents and visitors can also enjoy local events, community gatherings, and fitness classes at the Bella Vista Community Center.
